The Spring Fever Showcase features a great mix of styles that is sure to bring smiles into bloom. The showcase performance will last around 90 minutes.

About the Comics
Shelley Kim is a comedian, producer, and content creator based in Washington DC. A rising star, Shelley has been featured in the Washingtonian and “The Art of Comedy” on PBS and “Comedy in the Capital” on CBS. The Washington Post also listed her as one of the “10 Funniest Comedians Working in D.C. right now.” She has performed with national headliners including Ramy Youssef, Todd Barry, Dulce Sloan and Judah Friedlander. Most recently, Shelley opened for Roy Wood Jr. and Jordan Klepper on their sold-out “America: For the Last Time” tour.

Matt Deakins is a stand-up comedian. He lives in Virginia. When people ask him, he says Washington D.C. It's easier that way. He's performed in these places: Pittsburgh Improv, DC Improv, Vermont Comedy Club, Charlotte Comedy Zone. He's performed with these people: John Huck, Jordan Carlos, Dustin Diamond, Bret Ernst, Yannis Pappas, Paul Hooper Matt won Comedy Kumite 33.1 and 33.2 (spring 2022) at the DC Improv, plus the July 2022 Tournament of Champions and the 2024 Comedy Kumite XL.

Chris Alan is a stand up comedian and writer. Chris' conversational yet laid back style coupled with his quick wit keeps audiences on their toes. He's performed at Rogue Island Comedy festival, DC Underground Festival, among others. He's appeared on Laughs on Fox. He hosts a weekly podcast called Negro Please Radio. He's currently touring clubs and venues across the country.

Joey Duffield is a comedian based in Washington DC, featuring a delightful mix of observational humor and personal anecdotes.

Ty Davis is a stand-up comedian, writer, and voice over artist. She is a native of Fayetteville, North Carolina but currently resides in Baltimore, Maryland where she started her comedy career. She’s worked with some of the industry’s top comedians and is featured on season three of "Kevin Hart presents: Hart of the City" on Comedy Central. In 2019 she won the Comedy Wings competition at the 23rd annual American Black Film Festival. She created and hosted her own podcast called “Lost & Found” and was a radio personality on The Morning After Show on DTLR Radio. Ty has multiple performances on the KevOnStage produced Keep Your Distance Comedy Show. She currently travels across the country delivering her unique personal experiences and observations through vivid storytelling.
