Spotlight: A 90-minute workshop that shows participants how to build bold, memorable comedic characters that hold up in sketch, improv and everyday storytelling. Through simple frameworks and live exercises, teams learn how to identify core traits, heighten behaviors, and create personas that stay funny, grounded, and usable across different writing formats. Great for boosting creativity, collaboration, and sharper comedic thinking.  

About the Instructor

Nikki Frias is a comedy teacher specializing in helping people find their voice in comedy. She’s the author of "Does This Divorce Make Me Look Fat?" and "Damn, You Still Single?" Her work has appeared in PopSugar, Forbes, The Daily Beast, and Boardroom.
