Spotlight: Enjoy great stand-up comedy in downtown DC. Our showcase lineups feature top talent from DC, Maryland, Virginia and beyond, performing on one of the country's most famous stages. You'll see a variety of styles and get up close with some of the stars of tomorrow. Support local talent, support local business and (most important) laugh your a** off. Showcases generally last around 90 minutes.

About the Comics
Kade Wonders is your little brother, your big brother, and your lesbian aunt packed into one pint sized package. They use their playful and disarming sense of humor to bring audiences together to laugh about gender, masculinity, and the goofiness of everyday life. They're a regular for Don't Tell Comedy around Virginia and Maryland, and perform at clubs and festivals around the country. They've opened for headliners including Nico Carney, Heather Shaw, and Michael Yo.

Garrett Harvest is a comic out of Baltimore City who was born and raised in New Jersey. His unique life growing up in the mean streets of the suburbs gave him the ability to pick apart the simplest things that everyday people often overlook. Garrett Harvest is a sign that we are not all doomed.

Aminah Imani is a stand-up comedian, host, and actress from Atlanta who lives and performs regularly in New York City. She can be seen in Peacock's live stand up comedy special "New York After Dark," Paramount’s season 5 of "Inside Amy Schumer," Showtime's season 2 of "Flatbush Misdemeanors," Comedy Central Short Sets as well as Hulu’s late night television show, "Up Early Tonight." In 2023 she was announced as one of Just For Laugh Festival’s New Faces and has contributed to online content with Scary Mommy, Buzzfeed and Viceland. She has had the pleasure of featuring for top headliners such as Matteo Lane, Roy Wood Jr., and Chelsea Handler. Her most notable performances include the prestigious Lincoln Center in New York City, the world-famous Apollo Theatre, The 208 Comedy festival in Idaho, the DC Comedy Festival, and the Stand Up comedy special "Aint Ya Mama Heat Wave," which was featured in the Environmental Film Festival.

Randy Syphax is a stand-up comedian who has appeared on The Tonight Show, been featured in The New York Times, and showcased in the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival. Named one of Comedy Central’s Comics to Watch. His work has been featured on NBC, MTV, OVERTIME, and STARZ.

Jamal Russell is a D.C. based comedian who has been doing comedy for six years. Jamal has performed at the Ice House in L.A., Caroline's on Broadway, the Milwaukee comedy festival, the Motor City comedy festival and the Boston comedy festival. Jamal won the 2025 Comedy Kumite XL and Comedy Kumite 32 (winter 2022).
